Nitrous oxide has become a highly lucrative business, yet it remains legal. Despite sales restrictions to minors, it is still easily accessible online with just a few clicks.The danger is real.In France, in 2025, approximately 3,500 road deaths were recorded, and nitrous oxide is involved in an increasing number of accidents, according to road safety authorities.We can no longer turn a blind eye.This is a public health issue.The government must inform, prevent, and protect.
